Choix du nom du projet
En créant le projet, il a fallu choisir un nom. Après pas mal de recherches pour ne pas prendre un nom existant, j'ai trouvé le nom robokite qui me plaît bien.
Ca sonne un peu comme robocop !
Choosing a name for the project
Creating the project forced me to find a name for it. After many trials in google, not to take an already used name, I found the name robokite.
It sounds a bit like robocop !

Mise en place de la plateforme d'hébergement du projet / Setting up project hosting
Aujourd'hui je me suis enfin décidé dans le choix de la plateforme pour héberger le code source et la documentation du projet de pilote automatique de cerf-volant.
J'hésitais entre google code, github et gitorious. Gitorious avait l'avantage d'être une plateforme vraiment libre. Github est la plateforme la plus utilisée actuellement. Sur le papier, les fonctionnalités sont très proches, Google ayant rattrapé son retard avec git. J'ai finalement choisi Google dont je préferais l'interface (peut-être par habitude avec gmail) et dont j'apprécie l'intégration des différents services.
Et pour l'instant je suis content de mon choix
- le wiki est basé sur la syntaxe de MoinMoin (le choix de wiki que j'avais également fait).
- la FAQ est bien détaillé et m'a par exemple permis de créer ce blog et de le lier directement dans la page de présentation du projet

Today, I have finally selected the forge to host the source and documentation of the project of kite autopilot.
I was hesitating between google code, github and gitorious. Gitorious has the asset of being open source itself. Github is the most used platform. Functionnalities were close, since google has integrated git support. I have finaly chosen Google, because I like its interface (maybe because I am used to gmail) and I like the integration of the different google services.
So far, I am happy with this choice.
-the wiki is base on MoinMoin syntax (the wiki I chosed as well)
- the FAQ is well detailled and helped me to set up this blog and link it directly to the project home page.
